PalCare – ALZHEIMER’S AND DEMENTIA AT END OF LIFE

A workshop providing insight, tools, and resources for people living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s and the people who love and care for them.  The goal of the workshop is to provide greater insight into the challenges of supporting an individual who is living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s and their family, discuss techniques which may assist in delivering more effective care and supporting individuals with Alzheimer’s and Dementia at end of life.  Tuesday March 21, 2023 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm via Zoom.
