Who: Birthing parents and non-birthing parents who have experienced any form of loss more recently or in the past.

In this three session workshop, through guided group reflection and journal prompts, you will learn how to soulfully engage poetry as a source of consolation in sorrow. Participants need not consider themselves a writer to participate in this group.
